Studio Policies
Payment
A deposit is required when booking your appointment. Your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and may be paid in cash, card, or tap-to-pay. If bringing cash, exact cash is required as change may not be available. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. Failure to follow pre-care instructions or providing false information when booking your appointment may result in a cancellation of your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled only one time upon request with a 72-hour notice by contacting the studio through text or email. Any no-cost appointments, such as complimentary touch-ups or free model services, may not be rescheduled.
Guests
The studio has a strict no guest policy. An exception may be made for clients who need assistance with either a disability or translation. The studio must be notified upon booking.
