Studio Policies
Payment
A deposit is required when booking your appointment. Your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and is to be paid in cash only. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. Failure to follow pre-care instructions or providing false information when booking your appointment may result in a cancellation of your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled only one time upon request with a 72-hour notice by contacting the studio through text or email.
Guests
Guests are only allowed in the studio for:
Clients with a disability
Clients who need translation
Clients who have an approved request to bring a guest beforehand
The studio must be notified of all guests beforehand. If you would like to bring a guest unrelated to a disability or translation, you may make a request by contacting the studio through text or email before your appointment.
